Venue Details

Our indoor event space includes the entire ground floor. There are two bathrooms and a full kitchen. It is an open floor plan; therefore, tables, chairs and any existing furnishings can be moved or removed based on your preferences. There is also a covered walkway down the side of the barn. It makes an excellent setting for additional tables, a bar or outdoor games. There are large sliding barn doors on each end of the barn and smaller sliding doors leading out to the walkway. The flooring throughout the barn and walkway is concrete. We have a large concrete pad behind the barn. It can be used as ceremony space, a dance floor or a sitting and reception area. We encourage you to decorate and use our space as you have envisioned.

We host weddings year round. The indoor event space is heated and air conditioned. Our restrooms and kitchen are climate controlled. There are two patio heaters also available for use as needed. The interior lighting is a combination of recessed lights, six rustic chandeliers and cafe lights. The recessed lights and chandeliers can be dimmed.

The property encompasses 25 acres of green fields and wooded tree lines. You are free to use any area of the farm for your ceremony. If you desire, you are welcome to use a tent on the farm. We have several different flat areas that would be excellent for tent use.

Your event date is secured upon contract signing and payment of 50% of your rental fee. The remaining 50% of the rental fee may be made in installments, if preferred. All clients must be paid in full 30 days prior to their event date.

There are no restrictions on vendors. You may use the caterer of your choice or bring your own food. Alcohol service is permitted. All alcohol must be served by a licensed bartender. Event insurance with an alcohol endorsement is required. All wedding rentals must show proof of event insurance.

Events must end by 10pm and all guests must be off the property by 11pm.
